All returned items must be approved by an EasyStreet Solution support staff member. If you have not already opened a case with EasyStreet Solutions support your return may be denied. Please include all relevant details to your return request including your support ticket number and the reason for the return. There are no returns or refunds for streaming services. Returns are only available on streaming media players for up to 14 days after the purchase date. If your device is broken due to a manufacturer defect we honor a one year warranty from date of purchase. All returned streaming media players must be in like new condition and include all original packaging and materials.
