EasyStreet Solutions, Inc is a registered business in Pennsylvania that was founded in 2017 by two friends who saw their own cable bills skyrocketing and needed to find a better and cheaper option.  We both agreed that we were paying way to much for what our local cable company was providing us and we only saw our bills going higher and higher and features getting fewer and fewer.  Here at EasyStreet Solutions we like to keep it simple and cheap and try not to raise prices unless we absolutely have to. As a matter of fact we just greatly reduced our prices and continue to offer our customers more and more quality streams and greater variety while striving to offer the best support and resources offered by any other internet based TV service provider.

Internet TV, in simple terms, is video and audio delivered over an Internet connection. It’s also known as Internet protocol television, or IPTV. You can watch Internet TV on a computer screen, a television screen (through a set-top box) or a mobile device like a cell phone or an iPod.

It’s almost the same as getting television through an antenna or a series of cable wires — the difference is that information is sent over the Internet as data. At the same time, you can find even more variety on Internet TV than cable TV.

For most of the twentieth century, the only ways to watch television were through over-the-air broadcasts and cable signals. With broadcast TV, an antenna picks up radio waves to transmit pictures and sound to your television set. With cable TV, wires connect to a set-top box or to your TV itself. These wires run from your house to the nearest cable TV station, which acts as one big antenna. Aside from a few options like satellite TV, broadcast and cable were — and still are — the main ways to watch television.

New technology can change the way we receive news and entertainment, though. Radio challenged newspapers in the early 1900s, and television challenged radio. Now, it looks as though traditional television has its own competitor, but it’s not one that’s easily separated from television. It even has television in its name — it’s what we’re now calling Internet TV.

EasyStreet TV is our affordable subsciption internet based live TV service also known as IPTV.  It works over the internet using your hight speed internet connection so you need to have a reliable fairly fast internet connection to use the service.  We have a collection of streams from all over the world but our primary focus is on providing high quality streams of US, Canada and UK TV content, but we are always adding more streams.

Aside from the many US, UK and Canadian TV streams we also have content available from many parts of the world.  We also carry all major sporting events from all markets including the MLB, NFL, NBA and NHL.  Take a look at our channel list here to see a list of available channels.  Channels may change so we highly recommend doing a trial before signing up to really get a feel for all that we offer.

EasyStreet TV is internet based so it works on lots of devices.  Most of our customers use an Amazon Fire TV Stick to access our service since they are very affordable and easy to use.  We offer the Amazon Fire TV Sticks and Fire TV cubes through our website.  You can watch the service on any Android device (TV box, tablet, or smartphone), Apple iOS device (Iphones, Ipods, Ipads etc.), Amazon Fire device (Fire TV, Fire TV Stick, Fire TV Cube, Fire tablet etc.), Windows, Mac and Linux computers, most modern video game consoles (Microsoft Xbox One and Sony Playstation 4) and the Raspberry Pi to name a few of the more popular devices our customers use.  We also have a dedicated website where you can watch our service from

We offer a free 24 hour trial Monday through Thursday only.  On Friday, Saturday and Sunday we only offer our 72 hour package for only $3.

No problem.  That is exactly why offer the 72 hour “Weekend” pass for only $3.  You can order it any time but most people who just want the service for a short time usually want it for an event that is airing during the weekend.  There is no subscription necessary for the 72 hour package.

Yes, we would be sad to see you go of course but we understand.  If you need to cancel that is not a problem at all.  Just be sure to cancel before your next billing date.

Yes, we currently offer 3 apps that work with Android and Amazon devices, a Microsoft Windows based app, and a MacOS based app.

No, you are not required to but it is typically easier to at least log in with our apps since the URL and other information is hard coded into the app.  There are several apps that we have tested the service on that we found it worked just fine on.  We have included instructions for some of these apps in our Support Center in the How To Watch area.  You can also use your own devices of course.  We offer pre-configured devices but you can certainly purchase your own and follow our installation guides and do it yourself.

We keep our cost very low and we pass on that savings to our customers.  We recognize that there are many IPTV providers out there and we strive to offer a great streaming TV experience at the most affordable price we can while still being able to cover all of our expenses.  We also keep a very limited staff of just a few people to keep our costs down.

When you sign up for EasyStreet TV you select  the plan for the number of devices you want to use at one time.  We currently offer plans that support 2, 3 or 4 devices at once.  If you need to watch EasyStreet TV on more then 4 devices at a time you will need to purchase additional plans.  The additional plans will have different user names and passwords.

We work pretty close with our supplier and occasionally they will ask their resellers for suggestions for additional streams.  Chances are though we probably have the channel you are looking for though.  We recommend viewing all of the channels and using the search feature.  If you find you really can’t find a certain channel and want to see if it can be added just enter a support ticket and we will see what we can do.

Yes, it’s true.  We decided to actually reduce and simplify our pricing.  The truth of the matter is when we first started out the service cost us a bit more to get started and to maintain.  As time has gone on and we have developed new relationships in the industry we have found a really solid provider at a very fair price.  We are now able to offer a ton of content at a fraction of what most IPTV companies charge.

In most cases, at least for North America and the UK, there are standard definition as well as high definition streams available for the same channel.  We do not offer any 4K streams at this time as they require A LOT of bandwidth and would be too demanding on our servers.  Some high definition streams are 720p but most are 1080p.

We recommend a cable high speed internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps down, while the preferred speed is around 25 Mbps down.

Keep in mind what others in your household are doing on the internet will directly affect your viewing experience. If they are doing anything bandwidth intensive it can affect your streaming. DSL, 4G and satellite internet connections may have issues maintaining a steady connection so we highly recommend requesting a free trial to make certain that the service will work in your environment. If you do not have a very strong internet connection you may want to try to stick to the streams that are labeled as SD (Standad Definition) or LBW (Low Bandwidth) as they do not require as fast of a connection to work smoothly.

All EasyStreet TV plans are automatically billed to the credit or debit that is used when signing up.  We offer plans that are billed at every 30, 90. 120 and 360 days.

If you find that you need to cancel your EasyStreet TV service for any reason just follow these steps.  Keep in mind that once you cancel you will not be able to reactivate your account and if you want the service again you will need to sign up for a new account.

1. Go to www.GoEasyStreet.com and select Log In from the menu.
2. At the Client Area login page enter your billing account username and password to go to your client area dashboard.  Keep in mind that your billing account password will not be the same but the username may be depending on what you entered when signing up.
3. Select Services from the Menu and select My Services.
4. Find your active EasyStreet TV plan from the list of services and click on it.
5. On the Manage Products page click on the Request Cancellation button.
6. On the following screen you will be asked briefly describe your reason for cancellation, please take a moment to tell us why you have decided to cancel your service and how we can improve our service (we really are always trying to improve the service we provide).  After you have entered your reason for cancellation click on Request Cancellation.

Note: We do not have the ability to offer refunds on streaming services.  Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

At this time we can only offer refunds on streaming media players that are returned within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.  All returned streaming media players must be in like new condition and include all packaging materials and accessories that were included in the original package.  We are unable to offer any refunds for our streaming services so we highly recommend taking advantage of our trial packages.  We also recommend signing up for monthly billing just in case you find the service does not work well in your home.  EasyStreet Solutions is not responsible if your home network is unable to support streaming live TV.  If you need a refund for your streaming media player you must reach our to our support staff to have your return approved and have an RMA number issued.  Please be sure to include the RMA number on a peice of paper when mailing the item.

Yes you can with our EasyStreet TV apps.  You are limited to the number of connections based on your plan.  If you want to watch 3 streams at a time you would need to have a plan with 3 or 4 connections.  Check the area below for each of the different EasyStreet TV apps to learn more about how to use the multi screen feature.

It should be pretty instant.  Our billing system will automatically generate a password for your account and send you your username, password and other useful information to help you get started typically with a few seconds to a few minutes.  Be sure to check your spam folders and other mail filtering systems you may have in place.  If you don’t receive your email with your account information please enter a support ticket in our Support Center and someone will contact you by email to assist you.  In some cases we have seen sign ups get delayed if you sign up with a real simple username that has already been taken so get creative with but keep in mind that you will have to enter it on your TV and other devices.

Typically no.  Most of the streams do not have closed captioning or subtitles available.

Unfortunatly, our system will not allow you to specify certain devices to only have access to adult content.  There are a couple options though if you still want to have adult channels on some of the devices.  First, you could order multiple packages and have one with adult content and one without.  It would be the same price anyway per device.  The second option is to use the parental control features in the EasyStreet TV apps.

We may.  We have a lot of local channels from all over the United States.  Take a look at our channels list but the real way to check is to grab one of our trial packages.  The quality of some of the local channels may vary since there is typically only one source for the stream unlike major networks.

Well, we would prefer you didn’t.  it would technically work at least at first but eventually our server would detect the account being used with many different IP addresses and it would probably flag the account and possibly restrict or cause your account to be cancelled.  Just tell your friends to sign up too.  It’s only like $5 a TV or device.

The short answer is No.  The long answer is it is possible but we do not recommend it for several reasons.  First off it is illegal in the USA to download this type of content as opposed to streaming the content.  Second these apps are not developed in a way to record shows like a DVR and the whole experience can be pretty frustrating. Third, recordings take A LOT of space that most of these devices do not have available.  We do not support downloading or recording even though you may see the option available in our apps.

To be honest, not much.  Please be sure to triple check your order before checking out.  Once our automated billing system issues the appropriate number of credits to your account we have no way to retract those credits and offer them to another customer.  You can cancel your order and place another order with a different username but we would not be able to offer a refund for incorrectly placed orders.

No, we use PayPal for our payment processing.  You are not required to have a PayPal account but it is highly recommended.

A streaming media player is what connects your television or home theater to the Internet and allows you to stream video and music from online services. They’re typically very basic devices with only a few connections, such as video (HDMI and/or composite), audio (RCA and/or digital), and Ethernet networking jacks. Many streaming media players also feature built-in Wi-Fi for wireless network connections, and most include their own dedicated remote control.

We have the ability to offer MAC address based accounts but at this time we have not set it up in our system.  We are looking to automate the creation of MAC based accounts but until then we most likely will not be offering these types of accounts. Please check back in the future if you are interested in EasyStreet TV service but are limited to a MAC based device or app.

Yes, you will need your own Amazon account to register your Amazon device too.  When we set up your device we remove our account but we leave the installed apps in place. This can be a free Amazon account and does not have to be an Amazon Prime account.

We are a registered corporation with the state of Pennsylvania so if you live in Pennsylvania you will be charged an additional 6% for sales tax.

At this time we are no longer offering in home set ups.  When you purchase a streaming media player it includes everything you need to get up and running in a matter of minutes.  We have made the set up process so easy that we feel anyone can do it.  If you find you need help just enter a support ticket in our Support Center and one of us will reach out to you to help get you up and running.

Amazon provides a one year warranty on all of it’s streaming media players from defects.  If you feel your device is defective please enter a support ticket and an EasyStreet Solutions support member will provide you an RMA number and instructions to ship the device to us for additional testing.  If necessary we will work with Amazon to have the device repaired or replaced and returned to you.  Since the devices were purchased by EasyStreet Solutions we would need to take care of the warranty clain.  Keep in mind that many software related issues can be resolved by performing a factory reset. We highly recommend performing a reset on your device before considering a warranty claim.

When you sign up for EasyStreet TV service you are prepaying for the upcoming period of time and all billing is done ahead of the time you use so the service so you never owe a past due amount.  If an invoice is not paid due to a billing issue it is the customer’s responsibility to log in to their billing account and pay any unpaid balance.  The billing system is fully automated and does not allow for partial payments or a grace period.  If your credit card information changes or your card has reached its limit please be sure to log in to PayPal to change your payment method before your next payment is scheduled.  Keep in mind that all accounts are billed several days prior to the end of your billing cycle to ensure for continued use of the EasyStreet TV service.

If you have lost or forgotten your billing account password you can request a new password by clicking on Password Recovery in the Support Center.  You will receive an email from EasyStreet Solutions with a new generated password within a few minutes.  Once you log in you can change your password.

Once you sign up for EasyStreet TV service you should receive an email with your TV account information but if you cannot find it or have not received it then you will need to follow these steps to find your TV account login information.
